The image of a Russian soldier who saves a German girl during street battles in Berlin became the propaganda symbol of humanism of the Soviet army. Its most famous embodiment is the monument to the warrior-liberator in the Berlin Tradov Park (Treptover Rark). Sculptor Evgeny Vuchetich worked on him in the same years as Fedor Nevrazhin over his picture.
